AMARILLO — Grab your boots and swishy skirts. We’re getting into the swing of things in Family First. It’s the annual Western Swing Dance and Jam in Amarillo. The Western Swing Society puts it on every year. They use the money raised for scholarships for kids.
GCHS Dance Team plans clinic (Granite City Press-Record)
The annual Granite City High School Dance Team Dance/Pom Pom Clinic will be held on Nov. 10, 2007, in the main gym of Granite City High School. It runs from 8:00 to 11:a.m. for kindergarten through third grades and from noon to 3 p.m. for fourth through eighth grades.
Officials Defend Cancellation Of Dance Troupe (New London Day)
Old Saybrook District administrators on Friday defended their decision to cancel performances by a Palestinian dance troupe this week at two of the schools.

The Brigham Young University dance group Living Legends will perform in Gallup on Wednesday evening. Tickets can be purchased at the Gallup Performing Arts Center, which is sponsoring the show.
